Including a map of selected buildings in Seoul and its surroundings, and details of over fifty concrete buildings, this map celebrates the thoroughly modern mark that concrete-built post-war development left on the city and its suburbs.
Architects featured include Chung-up Kim, Swoo-geun Kim, MVRDV, Steven Holl, Zaha Hadid, and many others. With an introduction by Hyon-Sob Kim, Professor at Korea University’s Department of Architecture, and original photography by Yongjoon Choi.
