STEP 2
We process your film
Once you leave your rolls with us, they are safely in the hands of our Lab team, who will process your rolls with care.
Sit back & relax 😎
🔔 We get too many notifications these days!
So you'll only hear from us via email:
- To confirm we received your rolls via the post or The Keys dropbox
- If we have any questions about your job
- When your job is complete and ready for payment (see next)
⏰ Look out for turnaround times stated at point of drop-off to get an idea of the estimated completion date.
STEP 3
Ready for payment
Now that your film is ready...
💌 We send you an email for payment:
- Click the payment link in the email
- Once completed, you'll receive a second email with a Google Drive link to your photos
📵 Email is our default method, but if you forgot to write down your email or there's a bounceback, we may text your Australian mobile number.
STEP 4
Download your photos
Enjoy your glorious work!
🔗 Using the link sent to you after payment, download all your photos within 2 months.
💻 We recommend doing this on the desktop site.
The link is only valid for 2 months, so make sure you save a copy of your digital scans, as we cannot store your photos indefinitely, and they will not be retrievable.
STEP 5
Collect your film negatives and prints
Safe keep your film!
🏡 Collect from our Shop:
Your prints and/or negatives will be ready 1 day after we send your invoice.
You can collect them at our Fitzroy shop for up to 2 months after the invoice date.
After this, uncollected jobs will be destroyed without further notice.

Your completed job will be mailed back to you.
