Returns & Exchanges

All of our film is valid, within expiry dates, unless otherwise specified. Any particularly sensitive items, like Polaroid film, are kept refrigerated at all times. Film production techniques are incredibly advanced and quality is very high. It is very rare for film to be faulty. If you believe your film is somehow faulty please email us with details.

• Please note, we can not accept returns or exchanges for film that has been opened, loaded into your camera or otherwise used.
• If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, all items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must pay any return shipping costs.

Please note, all returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong item ordered are purely at the discretion of WALKENS House of Film.

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns, only store credits.
  
• If item or packaging is in any way damaged, e.g. ripped open, it may limit our ability to re-sell the item, and thus a return is not possible.
