Include your name, email and phone number so we know they're your rolls.

Your hard work is all done!
Once we receive your rolls they are safely in the hands of our Lab team who will process your rolls with care.
You will only hear from us via email:
- If we received your rolls via the post or The Keys dropbox
- When your job is complete and ready for payment
Look out for turnaround times stated at submission to get an idea of the estimated completion date.
Your film is ready!
We will send you an email (or SMS)* with the invoice for your job.
- Click the link sent to you to complete payment.
- Once that step is complete, you'll receive another message with a Google Drive link to your photos.
*Email is our default method, but we'll follow up when neccessary with a SMS text to Australian mobile numbers.
Enjoy your glorious work!
Using the link sent to you after payment, make sure to download all your photos!
The link is only valid for 2 months, so make sure you save a copy (or multiple!) of your digitial scans, as we cannot store your photos indefinitely.
Safe keep your film!
- If you ticked "Return Shipping" on your job bag, your completed job will be mailed back to you.
- If not, collect them at our Shop: your prints and/or negatives will be ready 1 day after we send your invoice.
You can collect them at our Fitzroy shop for up to 2 months. After this, uncollected jobs will be destroyed.
