We now offer free in-store pickup from our shop in Fitzroy, Victoria.
Shipping in Australia is FLAT-RATE on film! Larger/heavy items such as chemicals and books will incur a higher shipping rate which will be calculated at checkout.
All Australian orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.
Please note we do not ship on Victorian public holidays.
For Australian orders we offer two flat-rate options on film:
Standard Shipping: $8- 5+ business days
Express Shipping: $10 – 1-3 business days (most metro areas arrive in 1 business day)

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING:
Shipping to New Zealand is dependent on weight.
Your shipping options will be calculated at checkout.
Standard shipping: 5+ business days. Most orders around $10-15
Express Shipping: 2+ business days. From $12

You will be given a range of shipping options at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order.
Returns & Exchanges
All of our film is valid, within expiry dates, unless otherwise specified. We store all of our stock refrigerated, ensuring long shelf-life.
Film production techniques are incredibly advanced and quality is very high. It is very rare for film to be faulty. If you believe your film is somehow faulty please email us with details.
Please note, we can not accept returns or exchanges for film that has been opened, loaded into your camera or otherwise used.
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, all items must be in their original condition and packaging, and you must pay any return shipping costs.
Please note, all returns or exchanges due to change of mind or wrong item ordered are purely at the discretion of WALKENS House of Film.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns, only store credits.
If item or packaging is in any way damaged, eg ripped open, it may limit our ability to re-sell the item, and thus a return is not possible.
