We're located at 338 Brunswick St, Fitzroy, Naarm/Melbourne.
Our friendly staff can help with any questions.

B) 24/7 Front door drop-off

Can't make it during our opening hours? Take a job bag from the box outside our shop, fill it out, seal your rolls up, and slip it through our letter chute on the door! We'll collect these the next morning we're in.

C) Post your rolls to us

Can't make it in? Fill out an Online Job Form here.

02

We process your film

Your hard work is all done!

Once you leave your rolls with us, they are safely in the hands of our Lab team who will process your rolls with care.

We get too many notifications these days! So you'll only hear from us when your job is complete, or if we have questions.

Look out for turnaround times stated at point of drop-off to get an idea of the estimated completion date.

03

Ready for payment

Your film is ready!

We will send you an email (or SMS)* with the invoice for your job.

  1. Click the link sent to you to complete payment.
  2. Once that step is complete, you'll receive another message with a Google Drive link to your photos.

*Email is our default method, but we'll follow up when neccessary with a SMS text to Australian mobile numbers.

04

Download your photos

Enjoy your glorious work!

Using the link sent to you after payment, make sure to download all your photos!

We recommend doing this on the desktop site.

The link is only valid for 2 months, so make sure you save a copy (or multiple!) of your digitial scans, as we cannot store your photos indefinitely.

05

Collect negatives and prints

Safe keep your film!

  • If you ticked "Return Shipping" on your job bag, your completed job will be mailed back to you.

  • If not, collect them at our Shop: your prints and/or negatives will be ready 1 day after we send your invoice.

You can collect them at our Fitzroy shop for up to 2 months after invoice date.

After this, uncollected jobs will be destroyed, without further notice.
