A quick guide to posting rolls to us

If you can’t make it into store to drop off your film, we accept film posted to us for processing in a few easy steps:

Step 1

Fill out the online form.

Make sure you include all the services you require and that your details are all correct.

Step 2

Pack your film.

Pack your film in a sturdy mailer.

Ensure your name, mobile number and email address are clearly marked on the package so we can match your rolls to your online form.

Step 3

Choose a shipping option.

Choose a shipping option with tracking so you can track your parcel. We recommend express if you’re in a rush!

WALKENS takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of your film during shipping to or from us.

Step 5

Await your photos!

After we receive your rolls, we’ll get to work developing and scanning them for you. Turnaround times vary depending on demand.

We will send you an invoice to pay once they are ready.

You will receive an email with a link to your photos when they are ready! If you ordered prints and/or return shipping they will be posted when they are done.
